The Roles

We are seeking experienced Contracts Administrators and Senior Contracts Administrators with a proven track record on mid-size ($10m - $50m) commercial construction projects within Western Australia. The Requirements

You will have a minimum of three years working in the Perth market; and be fully conversant in managing contracts, costs and claims while also implementing your own improvements wherever possible. You be responsible for interpreting a range of construction documentation, communications and other sources of information with a comprehensive understanding of the expectations and requirements.

Tertiary qualifications in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are essential.

You must be able to demonstrate considerable tenure, we are seeking loyalty and dedication.

Knowledge of MS Project highly desirable along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be self-motivated, driven and be able to work well in a close team environment.
