Working in a team of 4, the company builds up to 100 new homes a year. 

Responsibilities:

• Producing accurate documentation within budgets and timelines
• Resolving ordering errors and rectifying as needed
• Variations and tenders 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both internally and externally

You will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within the residential sector
• Experience with Databuild, Buildsoft or similar software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of numeracy and computer skills
