Structures Foreman get involved with high profile projects around Melbourne with an excellent sub contractor
The Company
Melbourne based sub contractor who specalise in Concrete Structures and Formwork, supplying the full package.
Building the skeleton which includes the footings, slabs, columns, shockcrete, walls, precast panels, etc.

The Role
Drive a team to deliver iconic projects around Melbourne along side some of the best tier 1/2 builders in Australia.
Grow your portfolio lead and support your site teams.
Projects will vary from $5m - $20m depending on structures package
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of structures
- Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, H&S Officer, Quality Manger etc
- Scheduling weekly Work Programmes
- Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team
- Attending weekly site management meetings
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications
- You will have proven project track record on delivery of High Rise residential projects in Melbourne
- Minimum 5 years residential / commercial / mixed development construction experience,
- Good knowledge of computer applications.
- Thorough understanding of the construction industry and broad understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Must have a good understanding of Health & Safety
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record as a General Foreman
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment are essential.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent references required
