- Experienced General Foreman to join an upcoming Developer Builder
- Jump onto an iconic Sydney project $200M
- Work with a close knit team on an ever growing portfolio of work
My client is a rapidly growing Property Developer and Construction Company who are currently looking to recruit an Experienced General Foreman to jump onto their flagship development in Sydney's second CBD!
They have an impressive pipeline of current and upcoming developments up to $200M spread across Sydney metro and Western suburbs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inductions and tool box talks
- Read and interpret detailed site plans
- Coordination and liaison with consultants
- Manage and ensure WH&S requirements on site
- Strong knowledge of Structures and Finishes
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Implementation of construction programs and weekly targets
- Assist Project Manager in the engagement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers
Required Skills and Experience
- Be a hands-on leader who is able to take charge and control of the project
- Previous proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor on high rise developments $100M +
- Tertiary education in construction (Cert 4, Diploma or Degree) or trade background
- Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and site personal to ensure site is working to its optimum productivity
- Be a solution orientated person who is able to overcome challenges
- Thorough understanding of WH&S
- Ability to work Saturdays as required
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
