The Tier 1 apartment builder from interstate has recently opened an office in Melbourne and has already seen itself quickly becoming a strong player in its market due to its ability to complete its extremely high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Duties in your role will include:

• Manage entirety of project from conception through to handover
• Create and manage program of works
• Ownership of financials
• Client and stakeholder management
• Management of OH&S

To be successful in your application you will require the following experience:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects with values no less than $5mil (Apartment experience highly desirable)
• Experience managing full lifecycle of these projects on time and within budget
• Proven ability to write complete program of works
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Minimum 3 years in Project management position here in Melbourne (ESSENTIAL)
