Re.Cycle Operations (Hume) is part of Re.Group, we are a leading engineering and construction company who designs, constructs and operates Material Recycling Facilities (MRF). We currently manage the operations at the Hume MRF, as well as Townsville and Mackay.
Our Hume MRF is in an exciting phase of expansion and is moving to 3 fixed shifts. We have multiple positions available for a LOADER OPERATOR for our Hume MRF.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean safety record
- Clear thinker in fast paced environment with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with working in enclosed environment
- Cleaning duties related to plant equipment and general housekeeping
- Wearing proper PPE at all times & compliant with Lock Out/Tag Out Safety procedures
Skills Required
- Current ACT Drivers Licence
- Licence to operate a Front End Loader MANDATORY
- Licence to operate HR Truck preferred
- Proven ability in taking great care of machinery & pride in keeping your equipment in good working order
- Ability to withstand unpleasant odours, sights & weather elements
- Physically fit & capable of demanding work and prolonged standing & heavy lifting
- Good communication skills & the ability to follow written & verbal instruction
- Have the capacity to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when needed
