HSE Coordinator

Join an award winning privately owned construction business who deliver new build, refurbishment and fit out projects nationwide. They offer end to end design, project management & construction solutions to a range of clients across all sectors including commercial, retail, education, industrial, and residential. 

They now have an immediate need for a Safety officer working over multiple sites around the Sydney Metro area. This is typical a Monday - Friday job but might involve some Saturdays, you will be reporting to a National HSEQ Manager;
  
The Role:

• Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
• Ensure legislation is adhered to
• Provide training to team members on site
• Conduct reviews, risk analysis, and incident investigation 
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders

Desired Experience:

• Minimum Cert IV in WH&S
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of latest WH&S legislation
• Experience working on commercial construction projects in Sydney
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadline
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
