About the Role

• Oversee all operations on site
• Coordinate sub-contractors ensuring time and quality measures are met
• Liaise with stakeholders including academics from the University
• Lead OH&S on site
• Special importance towards quality and finishes

Your background

• Relevant foreman/site manager experience with a commercial builder
• Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other government requirements
