About the role:
A SHAPE Site Manager effectively manages all on-site activities including championing our commitment to safety and ensuring our projects are perfectly delivered. As part of your responsibilities you will:

• Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope, contract and project timeframes.
• Establish the site in accordance with relevant Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• Induct subcontractors and site employees.
• Manage and prepare daily and fortnightly programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate all trades and sequencing of work.
• Manage subcontractors and staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Record daily site activities in site diary.
• Manage defect rectification.  

What we are looking for?
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be able to demonstrate:

• Demonstrated communication, leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Trade and/or Safety Qualifications.
• Experience as a Head Contractor Site Manager within commercial fit out and refurbishment building industry.
• Flexibility, adaptability and being able to problem solve.
• MS Office: Project, Work, Excel, and Outlook.  

Please note this position is initially on a contract basis for 6 - 12 months.
