A leading quantity surveying firm recruiting a Quantity Surveyor job in Adelaide CBD, immediate start.

Your new role
Reporting to a Director, you will carry out feasibility to estimate costs for materials, labour and time, you will prepare and negotiate tenders and contracts, coordinate projects, engage with clients and continue to elevate company brand in the marketplace. You will work across a range of sectors within the construction industry including, but not limited to; aged care, commercial, education and health.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role you will, ideally:
- have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor;
- have between three and five years of experience;
- have the confidence to work in a client facing role and;
- have exceptional communication skills, analytical and methodical mindset, ability to work to schedules.
