The Company
This well respected Head Contactor has been successfully trading for over 50 years, they have developed with the times by keeping up to date with the latest software and systems. Currently employing around 160 staff they focus on a variety of Aged Care, Commercial, Health and Institutional sectors.
The role
In this role you will be the 1st point of contact for the client and will have overall responsibility for delivering the project on time and within budget.
To be shortlisted in this role you will be required to have;
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager for a Head Contractor delivering Aged care or Multi storey Commercial projects ranging $20M+
- Strong all round Project Management skills to include Contract Administration, Budgeting, Programming and Project Delivery.
