The Opportunity
We’re offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a positive and energetic team in a well-established company, with an expanding pipeline of projects.
The role will report to the Operations Manager and you will be responsible for the supervision of project cleaning staff and the delivery of day-to-day final cleaning services of a construction site, whilst ensuring that each project is efficiently managed, operated and delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
- Supervise, motivate and support a diverse cleaning team, prioritising duties and monitoring performance and productivity
- Accountable for the overall delivery and quality of construction cleaning services for each project
- Provide a premium service to the client
- Carry out induction and ‘on the job’ training of cleaning staff
- Ensure that WH&S policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to at all times
- Set up of equipment and materials for various projects
- Ensure each project is managed and operated efficiently, completed on time and within budget
- This is a ‘hands on’ role, where you will also be required to work on the tools with the cleaners
Skills & Experience
- Previous construction experience as a Supervisor
- Hands-on approach
- Knowledge of Construction WH&S will be advantageous
- Experience and knowledge relating to use of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to manage site and safety requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong planning and organisation
- Honest and reliable
- A valid Australian driver's license
