Allure Homes is an Australian owned construction company, specialising in the design and build of high-quality custom homes across South East and North Queensland. Our focus is to maintain the utmost levels of quality and service for our customers, and we strive to place ourselves at the forefront of the building industry.
Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator & Manager to join our Cairns team. To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the expertise to administer contracts and direct the progress of our construction projects. While this role is focused on quantity surveying, our ideal applicant will have experience in all aspects of construction documentation.
We are looking for a longer term person who not only helps the business to deliver exceptional projects but also creates a high-performance culture within the company with great people.
Your role will also include:
Managing all administrative and contractual processes to ensure smooth operations
Liaising and negotiating contract prices and conditions with trades and suppliers
Preparing and updating project management plans
Cost planning and budgeting
Monitoring compliance
Overseeing contractual correspondence from project inception to completion
Job site preparation
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least three years' experience in a similar position, as well as the relevant tertiary qualifications.
