The Company

Established over 10 years this company has built an excellent reputation with some of Australia's most high profile and national brands.

They build both newbuild and refurb projects in the $1M - $10M  with up to 70% of their projects are repeat business. They have offices across the Eastern seaboard and have been extremely successful growing the business at a steady pace.

They have always focused on quality building and exceeding their clients expectations. They offer design consultation, development and construction as well as preventative and reactive maintenance. They don't want to simply build projects and move on, they aim to develop relationships that stand the test of time.

They invested a lot in their systems, processes & procedures to set them up for the next stage of their evolution & they know there's the potential to expand the team & take on more projects. They have a committed existing team & a secure pipeline of work ahead  for the next 3+ years.

The Role

In this newly created role duties will include but not be limited to;

• Work over a range of projects to maximise profit and impress the clients
• Manage all commercial and construction activities of the projects
• Managing, mentoring and growing the delivery teams.
• Consolidate existing relationships and develop new ones
• Senior financial reporting and forecasting
• Strategic planning
• Assisting with career planning and development of all staff.

You will oversee the projects from inception to completion providing advice and recommendations to the delivery teams. Although it is a senior role the company believe that everyone "rolls their sleeves" up when needed.

The Requirements

To apply for this position you will need

• Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in construction
• Minimum 5+ years as a PM on commercial projects in the $1M -$10M+ range
• A strong work history
• Reliable References
