The Company
This company was only created in the last decade through the union of some very talented individuals from much larger organisations. The result has been a small, but well-formed builder that has strong processes and a long list of great clients.
Their project focus is currently on commercial fitout/refurbishments/building upgrade and building extensions. Additionally, the client base is from industrial, retail, hospitality and office sectors. The current projects stretch up to $20 million.

The Role's Responsibilities
- Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules.
- Processing progress claims and variations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Administration of RFI's to clients, consultants and architects.
- Software experience in Cheops, Jopac, Buildsoft, MS Project, Procore, Aconex is strongly desirable.
Key Desired Background
- BSc Construction Management or equivalent
- 2-4 years construction experience in Australia
- Experience with Projects over $2.5 million
- High end office, healthcare, retail, hospitality fitout experience is advantageous
- Mid-tier company background
- Enthusiastic and Driven individual
- Tech savvy with broad range of construction software exposure
- Examples of strong leadership and teamworking traits.
