Builder/Role:
There's a lot to like about this high-end builder. They handle a manageable number of projects, have sound processes in place and provide an environment where staff genuinely enjoy coming to work. With $6.5M worth of work - including 2 x 3 story chalets and an apartment upcoming at Mount Buller, they are looking for a capable site manager/foreman to come on-board and take the project through to delivery. Considering it's a condensed building program, our client is also open for the right candidate to work a 9 month intense building schedule (October - June) followed by a three month paid break over the peak ski season.      

What you'll need: 
- Trade background (carpentry highly advantageous)
- Have managed luxury-end construction projects
- Experience with structures, suspended slabs and complex builds highly advantageous
- Experience working with architects, engineers, clients and key stakeholders   
- A solid understanding of on-site issues, OH&S and maintaining program/delivery 
- Strong pro-activity, energy, communication skills & presence 
- Willingness to live/commute to Mount Buller for the above outlined project
