Your responsibilities will include:

• Running inductions and tool box talk and being able to instruct trades according to plan.
• Ensure works are completed on time, safely and to a quality standard.
• Maintain a site diary.
• Ability to work with others and autonomously.
• Background in Carpentry.
• Management of other trades and apprentices.
• Daily reporting to the Director and on-site progress updates.
• Co-ordinating sites and ordering materials.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

• 3+ years outside of your carpentry trade and on site experience.
• Experience on projects over $1m.
• Excellent clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
