Steel Estimator
OMBWA.com.au are seeking the services of a full time estimator based at their Bassendean office.
The successful candidate must possess the following experience/abilities –
- Sound knowledge of fabricating metalwork items
- Taking detailed site measurements for drafting
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings packages
- Material take offs
- Tender/bid writing
- Site visits dealing face to face with clients from various backgrounds
- Excellent time keeping
- Use of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to estimate for quoting purposes
This position will see you working very closely with the Senior estimator and Project manager with client meetings, site visits and design briefs on a weekly basis.
A full driving licence is required (company vehicle provided for site visits) and you must be able to commute daily to our Basendean office.
