Stabilised Pavements Group is focused on delivering pavement construction, rehabilitation and maintenance solutions that are cost effective, sound in design to deliver longevity and environmental sustainability.
We are currently seeking to employ a motivated and experienced WaterCart/Plant Operator, based out of our Craigieburn depot, in Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this casual role will require a suitability experienced operator who will be responsible for operating our Water Truck (and other plant), who is focused on routine pre-start procedures, maintenance tasks and accountable for the presentation and appearance of the plant under their operation.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes for consideration of their application:
Minimum Requirements are:
- Prior experience working in the Civil Construction industry with experience operating a WaterCart or other construction plant;
- Approximately (>5 years' experience) operating a rigid and articulated machine;
- Experience in operating machinery with a ranger gearbox;
- Current HR drivers licence (HC/MC preferable);
- A background within the construction industry.

- Display good initiative and ability to meet deadlines;
- You'll require a reasonable level of fitness in order to undertake this role, as it does see a variety of tasks that involves labouring duties;
- Prepared to work flexible hours, weekends and to be available to travel throughout the region and interstate to meet client needs;
- Strong commitment to safety and work ethic.
