You will be responsible for overseeing daily on site construction works;
- Coordination of projects - ensuring projects are achieved on time, to standard and within budget
- Support with building budgets & reports
- Oversee progress of projects

Description
You will have responsibility for;
- Managing a team
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Overseeing a project from concept to completion
- Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to quality
- Work across a range of new builds
Profile
The successful applicant will have the following;
- Tertiary education (Construction or Engineering)
- Strong knowledge of project documents, plans and specifications
- Influencing ability and strong rapport building skills
