General Labourers

Protech are a leading national recruitment specialist to the Mining, Engineering and Civil Construction industry. We currently require a number of General Labourers for ongoing projects that will run well into 2018/2019 throughout the Mackay region.
Great rates with plenty of overtime available on all sites.


This role will Involve:
• Environmental tasks: (sandbagging, temporary fencing, silt fencing)
• Spotting machinery: (locating live services, potholing, overhead spotting)
• Trenching and hand tool use (wakapackers, grinders, jackhammers etc
• General site clean up and site preparation

Desired:
• Experience with pipe laying
• Experience pit rendering and pit rehabilitation
• Concreting background (pouring, applying, finishing, curb and guttering)
• Roads or RMS experience
• Civil Subdivision experience

You Must Have:
• A minimum of 24 months Labouring Experience
• White Construction Card
• A Great Attitude
• Drivers Licence/Own Car (preferable)
