Your new role
Working as a Site Manager on projects up to about $15M, you will be involved from ground up in this job. Your days will differ, however some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; managing supplier deliveries and subcontractors, implementing WHS processes, monitoring of activity costs and sustaining high project quality. You will have in-depth construction knowledge and be well respected in the Adelaide market.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position you will preferably:
- Have about five years’ experience in a Site Manager job;
- Have worked in the commercial construction space;
- Have worked on projects ranging up to $15M in value;
- Have strong knowledge of Australian construction codes and standards and;
- Have a strong focus on OH&S processes.
