About the Role: 
You will work on projects from inception to handover, in a variety of sectors, including commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed use, aged care, health, government and defense.
  
About the Duties:

• Using software (CostX) to prepare first principal estimates
  
• Cost planning duties, BoQ, feasibility studies, tender packs, contracts administration
• Client Management and interaction

About the Requirements:

• Hold a Degree or Qualification in a relevant discipline 
• Prior experience working with a Cost Consultancy/Professional Quantity Surveying Firm
• Pre and Post contract experience
• Current member of AIQS/RICS preferred but not essential
