The Company:
This company that is making a mark on the domestic building industry, predominantly focused on projects in the Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne has an immediate opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their hardworking team.
The Role:
Mostly working with multi-unit developers and home buyers, the successful candidate will join a quality construction team and would have the responsibility of delivering multiple projects within time, budget and quality expectations.
Key skills required are:
- Managing and coordinating trades
- Managing workflows and,
- Reporting site progress on a day to day basis
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.
Criteria:
To be considered for this role:
- The applicant ideally will have 7 years or more experience as a site supervisor
- Expected to have high organisational skills, specifically with trades and suppliers
- Have strong communication skills
- Good eye for detail
- Good IT Skills
- Be able to work in a demanding yet collaborative environment.
