ABOUT THE COMPANY. 
 
Join a highly reputable residential builder in Canberra. This experienced and close knit team specialises in the delivery of high end medium-rise units and townhouses. Due to recently being awarded a number of exciting new projects, they are looking to take on an ambitious and career driven Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

ABOUT THE POSITION. 
  
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be mentored by the Senior Project Manager. You will initially commence employment across a large scale residential development consisting of 75 townhouses. You will work closely to manage contracts and be involved Safety and Quality Assurance. This position will give you extensive site exposure and will provide you with strong career progression opportunities. 

DUTIES.
  • Prepare scope of works 
  • Procurement and scheduling
  • Manage contracts and variations  
  • Invoicing and documentation 
  • Assist in programming and budgeting 
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and authorities 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

  • 1-2 years' experience in Contracts Administration is preferable
  • Experience in residential construction - single homes or apartments 
  • Tertiary qualification in building related course or trade background preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
