Site Manager
North West Sydney
Salary $185,000 - $190,000

My Client is looking for a Site Manager to run a $15M industrial project in North West Sydney from very early stages until final completion. 

The Client

With projects spanning all across Australia, my client is a leading force in industrial build. Specialising in projects valued between $15M - $30M, their diverse portfolio also expands to projects valued up to $250M. The company has no shortage of work in Sydney and around Australia and can supply continuous work to their staff.

The Project

Based in North West Sydney, the $15M industrial project is currently at very early stages and will need a Site Manager to oversee until final completion.

The successful candidate

• Site Manager or experienced Foreman who has worked on either industrial or commercial projects
• Must have a proven track record in delivering projects with a value of $10M or more.
• Must have relevant trade qualifications or relevant construction degree
• Must have an excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
