This is an outstanding opportunity for a Construction Cadet who has completed or near completed their studies and seeks a hands-on project coordinators role working closely with all areas of the construction project team.

You will be working on major new fitouts and refurbishments of a major national business. Reporting to National Project Manager and local project teams you will be undertaking 

• Quality and cost control of projects through to project closeout
• Coordination and sequencing of trades, suppliers and works programs
• Primary contact for suppliers, contractors and internal customers
• Oversee submittal and sign off of drawings, scheduling and purchase orders
• Oversee all phases of project tendering and budgeting
• Preparation of monthly project reports
• Manage and maintain CM software
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Project) and AutoCAD will be highly regarded
