Lendlease Engineering are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work on the Ballarat Line Upgrade Project based in Melton. We are seeking a person suitably qualified who has a demonstrated background in the delivery of major infrastructure projects gained within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be based on site working within a collaborative team reporting to the Project Survey Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining the project survey control network
- Providing timely and accurate surveys
- Ensuring survey works conform to VicRoads Specifications & Standards
- Servicing and maintaining survey equipment
- Producing as-built reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Quantity calculations
You will be a suitably qualified Senior Surveyor with a Degree or at least Diploma level. You will also ideally have experience working in a similar role on Major Infrastructure Project’s with the listed requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Leica Total Stations & GPS, 12d and 12d field
- Experience in Machine Guidance Systems
- Experience in managing on site survey staff and sub-contract surveyors
- Demonstrate a strong attitude and awareness towards safety
