The Company
A government organisation based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs currently have a number of projects running. With sites across Melbourne and Victoria they require a Project Manager for a long term contract.
The Role
Based in Melbourne’s East, you'll be a member of a large Project Management team on a contract basis, taking care of end-to-end projects throughout Victoria. Typical delivery duties will be the focus of the role consisting of internal and external stakeholder management, contract administration and management as well as managing all aspects of assigned projects. Over the course of the delivery, you will also be responsible for meeting agreed timeframes and budget targets.
Required Experience
- Experience managing a raft of different trades and contractors
- Shown ability to dissect scope of works and organise into trade packages
- Experience managing and reporting on significant risks that are legal, OHS or other
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships will stakeholders at all levels
- Contract Administration including managing Progress Claims, Variations, EOT's, etc.
