A commercial head contractor with a difference. We specialize in the Fit Out, Interiors and Refurbishment sectors as well as some New-Build and work across all areas of the commercial space. Our project history includes Education, Hospitality, Health Care, Retail, Heritage and Luxury Living to name a few. 

THE AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY:

Out of growth; we require a Contract Administrator to join our team. We are open to applicants with as little as 1 year proven project experience as well as people who come from more intermediate to senior backgrounds as it is about finding the right fit for the team for this long-term role. The Duties are as one would expect:
  • Project Coordination
  • Project Procurement 
  • Letting & Management Subcontracts
  • Liaising with Delivery Team
  • Design Coordination
  • Involvement in Value Engineering
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
  • Construction, Engineering or Design related Qualifications.
  • We will also consider a trade background with appropriate experience
  • Experience working on a range of Local Projects
  • Practical Construction Knowledge
  • Strong Communication Skills - both Written and Verbal
  • Computer proficiency
