We are currently seeking a Site Foreman to commence work on several exciting civil construction projects around Melbourne. Our client is a reputable industry leading civil contractor specialising in the management and construction of civil works.

As a result of sustained growth, we are looking for a industry professional to come on board on a permanent basis to help plan and manage the day to day site works of various projects. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in working on civil construction sites along with innate leadership skills to manage and motivate workers on site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and of the highest quality.

In this role you will be required to interpret various site drawings and specifications along with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders from clients to suppliers. It will be expected of you to maintain equipment onsite and ensure that all employees are complying to the industry safety standards.
