They are now looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join their team with the view for you to take on the main Operations Manager title once you earn you show you are ready. 

In this role, whilst you will work with the Operations Manager assisting with operational tasks, you will also give a chop out on the front line supervising/guiding 2 coordinators, working together to complete new connections, permit requirements etc, in addition, tasks to help support the project management team. It is a busy role which requires a great work ethic and ability to provide exceptional service each and every time. 

To be considered you will need to have 4+ years experience in a similar role eg permits, contracts admin, working for a residential builder ideally in the Melbourne market. You will also be organised, detailed, and committed to ensuring things are done right once the first time. 

Excellent communication skills and a love for a fast paced environment are a given.

Salary & Opportunity:
