Your new role
Delivering major infrastructure projects across South Australia including civil construction projects, bulk and detailed earthworks and large-scale environmental remediation will a focus of your role. Ensuring high quality project delivery always, your key duties & responsibilities will include project management, works & program delivery; driving cost, program, health & safety, environmental & quality outcomes; managing & developing project teams; commercial & construction management; building & continuously fostering outstanding working relationships; input into the tendering process; mentoring and developing skills in junior engineers and leading continuous improvement initiatives across management systems and tools necessary for project delivery.
The Like Mind
Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering are essential, as well as extensive experience in a similar role. Proficient abilities in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Project), exceptional organisational skills and confident & clear communication are also a must. Our client are looking for keen problem solvers who are able to think outside of the box and are solutions driven.
