About the role:

Lead commercial and industrial projects end-to-end
Manage time, budgets and resources accordingly
Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals
Coordinate contract documents
Review architectural drawings
Prepare tender submissions, development applications and construction drawings
Negotiate with contractors and consultants
Resolve complex technical and design issues

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification – specialising in the construction field
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager
Proven delivery of commercial/industrial projects over $5million
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable presentation
