We are currently seeking building surveyors of all levels for a nationally renowned building compliance company with a grade A portfolio. 

My client requires candidates that have a good knowledge and understanding of Commercial Building Codes & Compliance.
 Job role requirements: 

• Assist with the assessment, approval and finalisation of Building Applications in line with applicable regulations / codes / standards, with support from Head Office
• Attending project meetings, following up required actions with the ability to work autonomously 
• Conduct construction inspections and coordinate other required approvals for projects
•  Experienced in solving complex technical issues responsibly with strong attention to detail
•  Pro-actively liaising with a portfolio of major clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Mentor and coach junior staff in line with company expectations
• Able to access and process projects electronically and keep management informed on the status of all projects following all correct procedures
• Responsible for the assessments, approval and finalisation of complex building applications

Required experience:

• QLD registered (willing to pay for a transfer if interstate) 
• Class 2-9 range 
• Experienced in working with modern technology within the industry
• Knowledgeable and passionate about building certification and assisting your clients
