CBI Services is a well known and dedicated provider offering a streamlined, technology based Inspection service. We are seeking a Building Inspector Limited or Unlimited with excellent Inspector skills and knowledge to join our team. CBI Services is a well known and highly regarded organisation in the industry, offering inspections as a contract service to Building Surveyors and Individual Builders. Role offers a high level of variety in locations and inspection types daily.
Duties / Requirements:
• Conduct Building Inspections, both residential and some commercial if registration allows.
• Reporting electronically
• Must be a qualified Building Inspector with VBA approval or hold relevent qualifications to apply to VBA.
• Must be well versed in relevant codes and standards.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Experience with technology based services not mandatory but preferred.
• Has had significant exposure to Domestic projects
• Current drivers license
