About the company
A solid mid tier performer and identity, in the residential, commercial and fit out space in Western NSW. They consistently deliver to their “repeat business clients” and dominate in their field building successful residential, retail, supermarkets, high end apartments, restaurants, aged care and child care, currently equating to $150 million each year.

As a established High Rise and Commercial Builder within the NSW arena, they have approached Hannah Lovelock of Randstad to help them develop further in their busy space requesting a solid “Finishes Foreman” on an hourly rate to finish off a major residential high rise tower that comprises of over 200 apartments. Your key focus will be to drive trades to complete the delivery of the project.
About the role
As one of their Finishes Foreman you will be expected to take ownership of the project completion stages, supervising site activities and delegating as necessary.
Ideally you will have gained similar experience working on Commercial / Residential Projects over $30 million AUD and be confidant in working autonomously and delivering high end finishes, solid safety and completing the project on time and Budget.
Duties:
- Preparing programmes
- Adherence to BCA standards
- Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
- Daily and Monthly reporting
- OH&S
- Subcontractor site Inductions
- Managing onsite issues
- Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.
Skills and Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working on similar projects.
- You will be highly motivated and ambitious Finishes Foreman priding yourself on your work and the finer details.
- Exceptional Communication skills
- A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
- Good management approach.
