About the company

This is a Melbourne based company that partners with overseas developers to build dynamic projects here in Victoria – they are renowned for their larger scale commercial projects, but have also recently branched out to Residential apartments and townhouses.

About the role

You will be reporting to the Commercial Construction Manager, but you will be responsible for successfully delivering several multi-unit townhouse projects initially. They currently have nearly 2 years’ worth of Residential work in the pipeline but as they secure more, you will be expected to help develop that part of the business and grow the team.

Duties

• Supervise trades on site
• Drive productivity across each build
• Maintain Quality and OH&S standards
• Report regularly to the Construction Manager, and clients (when required) on progress

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in Residential building
• Ideally from a carpentry background or with significant experience dealing with trades
• Medium Density experience is essential
• Ambitious person that can drive projects and lead teams
