This established Company has a great brand, excellent process and a fantastic track record in the Volume Medium Density market.

They currently have an exciting position available for a Construction Foreman to take control of a massive new development in the South Western suburbs consistin gof over 100 townhouses and new apartments. The project commenced last year so is now fully underway, and needs an experienced and confident Medium Density Foreman/ Supervisor to lead the Construction on site. 
 
To be considered for the role you will need:

• A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in medium density residential OR small commercial
• Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction
• Current builder’s licence would be desirable
• A motivated and positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proven success in managing multiple trades successfully
• You must be based locally or be willing to travel to the South Western suburbs on a daily basis
