A Project Manager is required for an established Commercial Mid-Tier Builder, to manage a $30 million retail/ commercial construction new build project. 

•  To $200K package
•  Western Sydney office based
•  This builder specialises in retail, government and commercial construction projects from $10 - 50 million
•  $30 million retail/ commercial construction project
•  Full order book of works for 2018/19
•  Immediate permanent opportunity
•  Long term career prospects with plenty of work available  

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a recognised mid tier building contractor, and a solid CA background
• Stable work history
• Construction management degree required
• Strong people skills
• Experience in delivering multiple projects in the commercial sectors 
• Can handle and deal with high levels of responsibility
• Previous exposure to handling high specification projects
• An excellent understanding of costings, programming and budgeting
• Strong communication skills and excellent client facing skills
• OH&S Experience
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• You will be self motivated and highly proactive
