Project Manager opportunity with a PM & Advisory Consultancy with an International client base. CBD location

They provide an exceptional service to clients locally and internationally and deliver a range of iconic projects including hotels, apartments, retail and commercial. Due to consistent success, a position now exists for a Project Manager to commence on a permanent basis in Melbourne’s CBD.

Your new role

• Work closely with the 3 Directors of the company across a range of projects
• Achieve key project deliverables; time, cost, quality
• Tender review and analysis
• Ensure cost and quality meet requirements
• Construction and financial reporting
• Be highly focused and have a strong attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Gain exposure on hotel, retail, apartment and commercial projects from inception to completion

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be degree qualified in either Construction, Engineering or Architecture
• Ideally 3-8 years’ experience with a tier 1 or 2 builder or Australian Project Management firm
• Experience on projects in excess of $50M as either a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Project Manager
• Proven experience in Australia is a must for this role
