Design and Construct have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to work with a leading Home Builder in Melbourne.

The Company:

• Well known and respected Leading Home Builder in Melbourne.
• Residential projects - ranging from single homes, to communities of 160 medium density dwellings. Regardless of size. Our client is able to bring your vision to life, drawing upon its impressive pedigree and the knowledge base of its parent company, Metro Property Development.

The TASK:

• Site Supervisor to be responsible for the construction of medium density project homes.

The JOB:

• As the Site Supervisor you will ensure the new home construction
  projects are running on-time and on-budget.
• You will have access to loyal, long-term and quality trades.
• Professional business that is organised, respectful and proud.

Responsibilities:

• Running the project with the assistance of the Construction Manager.
• Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with other Site Managers and Residential Foreman.
• Managing Sub-contractors, managing trades and managing suppliers.
• The Residential Foreman is also responsible for managing the client’s expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Site Supervisor that is experienced in running Residential projects.
• Building Trade qualified. (Carpentry preferred)
• Ability to multitask and communicate at a high level.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of a tablet system is desirable.
