Fresh Landscapes is taking leaps and bounds forward in the commercial landscape and civil industry. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end seamless project management across multiple landscape and civil projects ranging from 5mil – 15mil. The right candidate will need to meet the below requirements:

• Must have a strong desire to drive the business forward and implement ways to continuously improve processes
• Thorough knowledge of the job before starting on site to ensure smooth running of the project from start to finish
• Manage the Contracts Administration team
• Maintain relationship with clients and solve client problems to ensure that both financial objectives and client needs are satisfied
• Provide monthly project reports for financials and programme schedule to the Construction Manager
• Adaptable to changing work environment, thinking on the front foot and ability to plan ahead
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure the Scope of Works are being completed on time and within budget
• Thorough knowledge of WHS requirements and protocols and ensure these are being met on site
• Organise materials and hire/placement of machinery and temporary staff when required
• Liaise and build rapport with clients to ensure expectations are met all contractual agreements are adhered to

Candidate must have the below skills:

• Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager running large commercial sites $5-$15mil
• Certificate IV in Landscape Construction or relevant qualification
• Operations and machinery experience/tickets
• White card
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisation skills
• Goal driven and motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
• Well presented with excellent phone manner and written record keeping skills
