$160k - $180k Package depending on experience

Well known Australian owned Builder that deliver multi-unit projects across Melbourne with values circa $10 - $30m.

Responsibilities
- Project Safety plans
- Environmental plans
- Quality plans
- Prepare work programs and monitor progress of Site work
- Making sure that every aspect of the project stays on track
- Effective communication between subcontractors
- Must be comfortable speaking with clients.
- Working in partnership with Project Manager, this position encompasses all aspects of on-site project delivery.
SKILL/EXPERIENCE/QUALS NEEDED
- Proven in delivery of residential mid/high rise projects from inception to completion
- Ideally you will have worked for a tier 2 in the past within your career in Melbourne.
- Financial understanding of projects.
- Good network of sub-contractors within the Melbourne area.
- Able to interpret both Architectural and Services drawings and Specifications
- Able to analyse problems and explore solutions
- Excellent communication / language skills - liaison with other areas will be required
- Solid Carpentry background or a Bachelors’ degree in Construction (preferred)
Always interested in speaking with Construction Directors, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Foreman, Contract Administrators & Estimators with Fit-Out or Ground Up experience.
