Contract Administrator required for mid tier commercial builder
Your new company
This well established Gold Coast commercial builder has been successfully delivering projects for over 50 years. Due to a new $30M commercial project they require an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your duties as Contacts Administrator will include but are not limited to: management all contracts and variations, schedule scopes of works, progress claim management, cost/financial reporting and run an efficient close out and invoicing process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and have prior demonstrated experience working on commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator. You will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You will have strong time management skills, attention to detail and a great work ethic.
