Skills & Experience Required.
Precise Estimation for comprehensive tiling packages.
4-5 years Minimum experience in same or similar position.
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate takeoffs & measurements.
Excellent skills in understanding complex commercial building specifications.
Standard knowledge of Commercial building specifications.
Standard knowledge of commercial building , including D&C projects.
Sound knowledge of Australian building codes.
Experience using Excel & Cad with sound computer knowledge.
Exceptional verbal & written comunication skills.
hold a current drivers license & have full unrestricted Australian working rights.
To be successful applicant you will be required to
Develop & Compose a comprehensive quote on all aspects for the tender including precise m2 required of tiling, waterproofing, screeding, acoustic applications, silicon, render & brickwork for hobs & vanities.
Report & provide management with an Excell spreadsheet for complete scope of work for each tender.
Be able to liaise with architects, building management & site supervisors.
Thoroughly review tender documents to develop an accurate cost plan.
Have exposure to commercial/industrial projects.
Be able to completing all tasks associated with project estimation
