The Company
Established over 20 years ago this contractor has always understood the importance of delivering a service that is dependable, safe and cost effective. They focus on attracting and retaining high quality clients across both the public and private sector across education, workplace, health and retail.
Projects range in value from $2M to $50M and turnover for the group is currently around the $250M mark. With offices in all the Eastern states they have successfully expanded their operation over the past 5 years. They currently employ over 120 people and are always looking for talented people to be a part of the companies future.
The Difference

The whole team works to support site in every way. Trades are let as early as possible, subbies are selected on ability and not just price, the Site Manager will assist with the scopes of work and the office staff will pitch in whenever needed on site. Its a genuine team effort to produce the best results possible and not put the site team under unnecessary pressure.
They have a rotation policy for Saturdays that means the Site Manager works only every second Saturday at worst.
The team loves a beer and BBQ at the office on Friday and many other social functions that the company provides.
The Site Manager required
You will be the type that takes ownership of the project yet can delegate work and enjoy a team culture.
You respect the subbies and the work they do.
You enjoy using the latest technology and are organised in terms of the paperwork required.
Most of all you love delivering modern, innovative and interesting projects and can build a reputation with the clients along the way.
