The Company
For the last Decade this company have built a brand and culture which has seen them quadruple their annual profits since they began trading. Projects in the $1M - $20M range utilising the latest software. This company turns over around the $250M annually and is growing steadily year on year.
The Role
They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and assist in the delivery of multiple projects. You will work in with team of Senior Project Managers to deliver a range of projects and provide full contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Procurement of trades and sub-contractors
- Letting sub-contracts
- Manage sub contractor payments and variations
- processing claims
- Commercial reporting and reviewing
- Advising on contractual obligations and revisions
- Managing contract variations
- Providing project support to the Project Managers
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years Contract Administration experience
- Background in fit out construction projects/ pre-construction works highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Australian construction industry and standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work across different projects in a fast paced environment
- Natural problem solving ability
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
- Tertiary qualifications in Building / Construction Management (desired yet not essential)
