The Company - A leading award winning builder on the GOLD COAST that has been successfully operating for 20+ years. This builder is busy, steadily growing year on year and takes an easy going but direct approach that leaves everyone knowing not only that they are part of a team but where they stand and what is expected of them in a positive manner. This approach has resulted in many long-term employees and a genuinely happy vibe amongst the team. 
 
The Team - A genuinely close group of driven professionals that work hard together and collaborate to achieve efficient successful results within project builds. This builder is quite careful about who they bring into the team as they are proud of their current positive culture that they intend on maintaining. We will be looking for someone to progress into a management role after integrating into the team and company. With a six months timeline in play. 
 
The Role -  We are looking for a Senior Sales Estimator to come on board to deliver medium – large-scale residential housing projects as part of a tight-knit team that will rely heavily on each other’s skill sets . All builds will have unique variations so it is essential that applicants have relevant residential estimating experience using databuild and bluebeam (sales & Production estimating). This will be a rewarding role that is slightly different to most volume project home Estimating roles.
 
The right candidate will have - 

• Minimum 3 years volume homes estimating experience with a residential new home builder
• Positive can do attitude that is willing to work in as part of a tight team 
• Strong communication skills 
• Leadership skills 
• Experience in Sales & Production estimating (Sales essential)
• Ability to problem solve and have an involved approach as the teams Estimator
