Site Supervisor | Project Home Builder
Job Title: Site Supervisor
Company: Tier 1 Project Home Builder
Location: Sydney
Salary: $100-120K + Super + Car + Laptop & Phone
The Role: A Tier 1 Builder in search of an experienced Site Supervisor with an established career in the building industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all suppliers and subcontractors on site
- Managing up to multiple houses in construction
- Ensure the site is being completed within budget and on time
- Ensure health and safety standards on site
- Provide regular reporting to the Area Construction Manager including site productivity and progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Trade background is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills dealing with multiple projects
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and time management skills
